We have to use this time to train our bodies at home. There are many resources online and I have a lot of FREE offerings on my Instagram and Youtube page. It is important to do something active every day and improve ourselves.

When we choose to sit on the couch and watch Netflix all day, know that there are many other people not doing that. They are doing something to get themselves ahead. We don’t want to be left in the dust. This is the time to focus on specific weaknesses and target body parts. Now, we have the time to work on improving our point, core strength, and flexibility. I challenge you to go back into the studio better than when you left it.

Many competitions are only postponed, so how prepared will you be when the world opens back up again? Will you have forgotten all your routines go back to competition messy. Or will you take home 1st place from working at home.
