Over 6 weeks, we’ll meet live once a week for a 30–45 minute lesson where I teach one core focus at a time and give your dancer a clear action item with a worksheet to apply in class or rehearsal. These aren’t pre-recorded videos — they’re real-time sessions where results show up right away.
Then, later in the week, I host an optional lunchtime Q&A just for parents — a chance to ask about studio policies, handling bullying, casting, fairness, or anything else on your mind.
After the holiday pause, we return for 4 weeks of live feedback sessions, where dancers get specific coaching on their solos and routines to put everything into action on stage.
10 active weeks. Two phases. One transformation.
Unravel the chaos and internal struggles that are holding your child back. In just the first module, identify key issues and receive a tailored plan to eliminate insecurities and ensure you’re investing wisely in your child’s development—without wasting precious time and resources.
In this action-packed module, we will uncover your biggest competition flaw and create a direct plan to…
Unveil techniques to keep your child healthy for life!
Since the beginning of time, people have always told stories. Stories captivate us with relatable characters and engaging plots, making them more compelling than just watching technique. In a competition with so many numbers, you have to stand out. You are in the same age category as other kids, so the way to distinguish yourself is to tell a story. Everyone is doing the same steps, but it is how you execute them that will make your performance worth watching and remembering.
In Module 3, your child will learn to overcome the fear of looking silly in front of their peers and enhance their overall stage presence, making their performances more impactful and memorable.
Musicality is a rare but essential skill for competitive dancers. It allows your child to connect deeply with the music, enhancing their performance and making it more captivating for the audience. By learning simple accent tricks, your child can stand out in competitions, get ahead of the curve, and score higher.
In Module 5, we focus on building courage and confidence, essential for showcasing your child’s growth and success.
I don’t leave your child to “figure it out” like most online programs. You’ll have direct access to me for questions, feedback, and personal support — the same one-on-one coaching I normally charge thousands for.
Every week I host a live stream where I review solos, answer questions, and give advice on real-life topics like casting, confidence, and handling the pressure of competition. Can’t make it live? Every session is recorded and available on-demand.
Your child (and you!) will be part of a private network of like-minded dancers and families who “get it.” This is a space to connect, encourage each other, and grow together — because when you surround yourself with others chasing big goals, you rise faster too.
When I was in high school, I often felt like “the only one who cared” on my team. My best friends didn’t spend weekends researching musicals or begging for private lessons like I did. It wasn’t until I met other dancers at conventions that I realized — I wasn’t alone. There are so many kids out there who want this as badly as your child does, and being in the right community makes all the difference.
Brittany

Whatever problem or obstacle you are facing… someone else is too. Share and communicate because you might be the light for someone else’s day.
Brittany Noltimier has lived the dance world from every side: she grew up as a studio owner’s kid, went on to earn her dance degree at Oklahoma City University, became a professional performer at Walt Disney World and beyond, and now directs her own thriving theater program. On top of that, she continues to travel nationally as a dance judge and educator, learning first-hand from studios, parents, and dancers across the country.
Because of that unique perspective, Brittany understands the full journey — the dancer’s dream, the parent’s worries, and the studio’s challenges. She knows no two dancers have the same path, but every dancer needs guidance, structure, and belief to reach their potential.
Her mission is to give dancers — especially those from small towns — the same opportunities, tools, and confidence as big-city kids. She brings together professional-level training, personal mentorship, and a supportive community so dancers and families never feel left behind or alone.

If you think you can sit back and do nothing and still expect the same results, you are wrong. This program requires work and self-development to really take it to the next level. After you’ve completed the program, you won’t have to work as hard or as long with each routine, but the work must be put in now... before it's too late.
If you are too afraid or lazy to put in the work, you will not see any results and this is NOT the program for you.
If you are the type of person who makes excuses or blames others for your mistakes. Those who don’t take responsibility for their actions or success will not do well in this program. If you find yourself saying, “it’s too hard for me… I can’t achieve… can’t do that because of blah blah blah… I can’t get the same level of success” then this is not for you.
If you’re a mom that wants to see your child transform but your child is not in the game… then this is not for you.
If you do not want to surpass your team and take on more responsibility as leader on your team then this is not for you. With this Journey to Success, your confidence will increase and you’ll want to share your knowledge with your friends. If you are afraid of what they might think… then you might want to stay right where you are.
If you are too afraid your friends will judge you for working hard and learning more, this is not the right process for you.
The Fame Academy is for dancers who are ambitious, hardworking, and ready to become more than just technically strong — dancers who want to stand out on stage. If your child has ever felt like they’re doing “all the right steps” but still not getting noticed, this program was created for them.
Inside the Academy, your dancer will learn how to connect their technique with confidence, storytelling, and stage presence — the qualities judges and directors look for when casting or awarding top placements. By the end, they’ll know how to apply these tools to every solo and routine, and soon they’ll start using them automatically in the studio, becoming a stronger, more intelligent, and unforgettable performer.
Not at all. The Fame Academy is designed to make your dancer stronger, smarter, and more confident whether or not they currently have a solo. Every module focuses on skills and performance tools that can be applied to group dances, auditions, and future solos — so they’ll have the foundation ready when the opportunity comes. What matters most is that your dancer is willing to show up, put in the work, and apply the feedback. If they’re not ready to commit to practicing and growing, this won’t be the right fit. But if they are motivated to improve, they’ll start seeing results right away.
The Fame Academy was created with busy parents in mind. We know your schedule is full, which is why the lessons are short, focused, and designed for your dancer to complete on their own. Each week includes one live session (30–45 minutes) plus a simple action step, so your child can practice independently while you stay in the loop through updates and our community. Your role isn’t to add more to your plate — it’s to support and celebrate your dancer as they grow. Think of this as an activity that fits into your existing schedule, not one more thing to manage.
Plan for about 1–2 hours a week of guided instruction (live lesson + optional Q&A), plus another hour or so for your dancer to practice and apply the action steps on their own. Some weeks they may need less time depending on their strengths, but the goal is steady progress — not rushing through. The best part? By learning these performance skills now, your dancer will actually save time later in rehearsals and solos, because they’ll know exactly how to apply feedback and perform with confidence.
No worries! While it’s always best if your dancer (and even you) can join live for the interaction, every session is recorded and available for replay. If you miss one, you can catch up on your own schedule and still get the full value. You’ll also be able to post questions in the community afterward so nothing slips through the cracks.
That’s completely okay! The Academy is designed to run alongside the dance season (October–May), but every dancer moves at their own pace. Some will pick things up quickly, while others may need extra time to build strength, confidence, or consistency — and that’s perfectly normal. This isn’t about racing to finish modules. It’s about learning how to apply these skills to real choreography and performances. If your child needs more time, they’ll still be fully supported and able to revisit the lessons until it clicks.
Yes! You and your dancer will have direct access to me throughout the Academy. Most of our interaction happens through the weekly Live Streams, where I coach dancers in real time, and through email support if questions come up between sessions. If your child shows up, applies the feedback, and puts in the work at home, they will absolutely succeed — and I’ll be there to guide them every step of the way.
I get it — I don’t like endless Zoom classes either! That’s why the Fame Academy is different. Most of the action steps don’t even require dancing in front of a screen. Lessons are short and focused, and many involve pencil-and-paper activities, reflection, or applying concepts directly in your child’s regular studio classes. When your dancer submits a video for feedback, I review it offline — just like a professional coach breaking down game footage. I can pause, draw, and give detailed corrections your dancer can use immediately. Occasionally, if I see they’re not quite grasping something, I may request a quick Zoom to demonstrate in real time — but that’s an extra bonus, not the core of the program. So, no endless Zoom sessions here — just targeted support designed to help your dancer grow without extra screen fatigue.
I understand this completely. Some studios are very open to outside coaching, while others are more protective — and I respect both. The truth is, I have amazing relationships with many studio owners, and when we can collaborate, your dancer often thrives even faster. But if your studio doesn’t allow it or you’d risk upsetting your teachers, that’s okay too. I’ll never do or post anything that would make your studio feel undermined, jealous, or “less than.”
The Fame Academy is designed for dancers in age 9-18 who are serious about improving their performance quality. Skill level doesn’t matter — confidence, storytelling, and stage presence benefit every dancer.
Private lessons focus on steps and choreography. The Fame Academy gives your dancer a proven system for expression, confidence, and performance that they can apply to every routine — making their studio lessons even more effective.
You’re not required to attend every session — the program is designed so your dancer can do the action steps independently. But when parents are engaged, progress happens faster. Why? Because you’ll start to truly understand what your child is working through, which makes it easier to support them at home. Instead of feeling shut out or frustrated by “attitude” or stress around dance, you’ll have the tools to talk with them, encourage them, and stay connected during this intense season. Think of it as learning how to be part of the journey rather than standing on the sidelines. And if you want extra guidance, the optional parent Q&As are a safe space to ask questions about confidence, casting, studio dynamics, and more.
Let’s stop wasting time that they don’t have.
For less than the cost of one season of privates or a single competition trip, your dancer will walk away with tools they’ll use in every solo, audition, and performance for years to come.
This isn’t just about today’s routine — it’s strategic training that sets them up for success throughout their entire dance journey.
That’s okay! If you’re interested in the Fame Academy but know this year isn’t the right time, I’d love to keep in touch. You can join the Fame Academy Waitlist to be the first to know when doors open again — plus get updates, tips, and resources to support your dancer in the meantime.
